Phil Gerbyshak (photo left) published his first book titled 10 Ways to Make It Great!, in June of 2006. He is currently working on his second masterpiece which is due out later in 2007. Phil shares many of his thoughts on his blog at Make It Great!, he is a founding contributor to the Joyful Jubiliant Network, contributes his insights to the Great Big Small Business Show and is podcasting, along with Greg Balanko-Dickson, at Leadership ABCs.
Phil's day job is as a help desk manager at a financial services company in downtown Milwaukee, where he lives with his wife, his laptop computer, and his library. He's very involved in the Milwaukee community with a variety of non-profit organizations.
