Kirsten Poe Hill (photo left) is co-president of Noelle-Elaine Media, Inc., an event management, media relations and production company based in New York City.

Ms. Hill has spearheaded several successful publicity and event management campaigns. Some of these projects included serving as the media relations firm of record for beauty company, The Colomer Group, overseeing the announcement of former Destiny Child member Kelly Rowland as spokesperson for SoftSheen-Carson’s Dark and Lovely brand, publicity efforts behind Budweiser’s Whassup Guys campaign, serving as the media relations firm of record for SoftSheen-Carson, Colomer USA, Black Entertainment Television and Paisley Park/Prince, planning the Essence magazine’s Women Who Are Shaping Our World Conference, and projects for Diageo and the Disney Channel including the Cheetah Girls screening and launch on Time Warner Cable. International conferences and events that she has managed include the Leon H. Sullivan Summits in Ghana, Nigeria and Tanzania, National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters events in St. Thomas and St. Maarten and the Net4Music launch in Paris among others.

Ms. Hill holds an M.A. in Media Ecology from New York University and a B.S. in Television, Radio and Film Management from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications, with a concentration in Psychology. In 2001 she was inducted into the Newhouse School of Public Communications Professional Gallery and in 2003 she was awarded the Chancellor’s Citation for Excellence in Public Relations. Ms. Hill is married and travels between the DC-Metro Area and New York.



Renee E. Warren (photo left) is co-president of Noelle-Elaine Media, Inc. (NE), a New York City based event management, media relations and video production firm, founded in 1993, with business partner Kirsten Poe Hill.

Ms. Warren has led many successful public relations and event planning accounts for the firm along with creating a myriad of award-winning video productions. Never taking “NO” for an answer, Ms. Warren is dogged in accomplishing her clients’ goals. As a former television producer and print reporter, Ms. Warren understands the pressure cooker environment of the media and producing a quality show. As a former financial journalist, Ms. Warren prepares the firm’s clients for media readiness.

She heads several of the company’s large-scale events, conferences, and financial media relations campaigns, including long-term client, Black Enterprise magazine through projects such as The Black Enterprise Entrepreneurs and Women of Power Conferences. She also has lead successful financial media relations campaigns such as Black Enterprise/Greenwich Street Corporate Growth Partners; launching the Calvert New Africa Fund, the annual Black Investors Survey, created by Ariel Mutual Funds and Charles Schwab to mention a few.

The New York resident is a national speaker, licensed real estate broker and teaches public relations at New York University.
