Giant Chocolate Waterfall and Rabbit Cafe

Two upcoming events by Bombas and Parr:

Chocolate Waterfall:
Bompas & Parr is building a five tonne Chocolate Waterfall in London. Don a protective suit and step through the chocolate waterfall to visit a chamber flooded with chocolate. Visitors will then be invited to make their own confections within the installation's processing unit.

Rabbit Cafe:
The Rabbit Café will be populated by a colony of albino rabbits. Visitors are invited to eat Easter-based snacks, pet rabbits and learn about animal husbandry from a qualified vet. The haptic sense of touch (not normally addressed in the dining context) will be directly and overtly stimulated as people stroke rabbits and eat.

2011 is the 100th anniversary of the opening of the Futurist Restaurant, The Holy Palate. The Futurists championed a new cookery, optimism at the table and food design that resonates well with the contemporary culinary landscape. The Rabbit Café takes inspiration from the Futurist dish aerofood where diners stroked velvet, sandpaper and silk attached to a strip of card which was said to provide prelabial sensations which make the food much more tasty as contemporaneously the left hand tries to bring it to the mouth.

1. The start of this article about Chernobyl is so good, I'm not sure I want to read the article and ruin it:
Twenty-five years after the Soviet-era meltdown drove 60,000 people from their homes in the Ukraine, a rebirth is taking place inside the exclusion zone. With Geiger counter in hand, the author explores Europe's strangest wildlife refuge, an enchanted postapocalyptic forest from which entirely new species may soon emerge.
