This includes New Business Development, Event Planning & Production, Media Relations, Advertising and Promotion. Tina is in the lead when it comes to POWEs Strategic Planning to take POWE to new heights in providing women with the tools necessary to grow their businesses in any economy.
Tina Dezsi is an award winning entrepreneur, having been named her areas Business Person of the Year Tina Dezsi2008 as well as winning the Phenomanal Woman 2008. She is a writer and author. She is a speaker, coach and a visionary with an extraordinary ability to see opportunities and others abilities for success. Tina’s solid background in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Adult Education and 30 years of marketing and sales offers others a great resource for information. She offered her community a place to get health and wellness information while she had a radio show for 2 years on the local radio station in Durham. Producing 7 Power of Women Conferences that celebrates International Women’s Day is a true labour of love which has added to her long list of achievements.
Lia Bandola (photo left) has the role with the Power of Women Enterprises of Chief Executive Operating Director. She is instrumental in developing new programs that will help the organization to grow and determine what new and exciting things would best benefit our members and POWE in general. Lia also oversees Website development and management and ensures the general operations of the company are running smoothly.
Lia has an Honours Diploma as a Human Services Counsellor, is a Certified Life Skills Coach, a Certified Level I True Colors Trainer, a Personality Dimensions Facilitator, a Certified Teleclass Leader and a trained Reiki Practitioner. A deep hunger for knowledge and learning has taken her on many other courses and training, including: Therapist as a Life Coach, Anger Management, Positive Discipline Training, a variety of mental health workshops, business and marketing workshops and more.
