Lerzan Aksoy (photo left) Lerzan Aksoy is one of the world’s most highly acclaimed loyalty experts. Lerzan is associate professor at Fordham University in New York City.
Lerzan was recognized as the top young scientist of 2007 in Turkey by the Junior Chamber International (TOYP Award for Scientific Leadership). Lerzan and Tim are experienced book authors, having written and edited seven books in total.
