Some of them might ven be trying to get away from that family preoccupation.
In any case, your visitor totals will be lower, so don't worry about that at all. It's similar to a weekend in that regard.
You might also be short of suitable blog posting topics for the holidays.
Don't worry about it.
No one is expecting any major indepth analysis posts on any major topics of the day.
I hope.
Instead, take the day, or even a few days off from blogging, and share them with family and friends.
If you still feel the need to post, or is an addiction as in my case, you can always wish your readers and their families, all of your best for the holiday season.
That makes a great post.
And an appreciated one as well, for surfers like me who have no idea what day it is anyway.
